Abstract
Urinary proteins have difference patterns according to the deposit site of the CIC rather than to amounts of the urinary protein in immune-comoplex-glomerular diseases.
Gradient-gel-SDS-PAGE is a good method for detecting of the loow molecular weight (LMW) urinary proteins.
We studied the LMW-urinary proteins of common renal diseases in childhood.
@ES The results were as follows:
@EN LMW urinary proteins were distributed from 66 kD to 29 kD in normal & HSP urine samples. Tubular proteinuria appeared in 1/4 of the cases of AGN, in 35/ of the cases of IgA glomerulonephropathy and in 2/3 of the cases of minimal change
nephrotic
syndrome. However, there were no histological differences between tubular proteinuria an non-tubuloproteinuria of IgA nephropathy. The bands which the researcher observed to be specific were as follows: 17 kD in AGN, 20 kD and 11 kD in IgA
nephropathy,
and 14kD and 12 kD in minimal change nephrotic syndrome.
What the specific bands ofd LMW urinary protein in common renal diseases by gradient gel SDS PAGE are should be definetly determined through further research.
